Tim Carpenter, Chief Executive Officer, CST Industries, Inc.:

“I found the ebook very good - informative, topical and easy to read.  I think it is a very good primer for people interested in SCM, sourcing and the like, (which as a career or for those that need to know how it "should" work).  It outlines several areas that I was never taught in school and it highlights the critically important linkage between all functions in the value chain.  I equally appreciated the section on the critical importance of communication because I believe it is such an impediment in so many of the businesses I have entered.”
